Privacy

What this site stores, what the server logs, and where the Hall of Fame data comes from.

Last updated 1 October 2026

OGIJUN's Gamer Lair is a personal gaming site, and it keeps very little about your visit. Here is all of it.

No trackers, no cookies

There are no analytics, trackers, adverts, third-party scripts or remote fonts. The public pages set no cookies, and neither does the note form on the Contact page.

One flag in your browser

The homepage saves a single flag, den-lit, in your browser's session storage, so the den lights up only once per browser session. It stays in your browser and is never sent to the server.

Server logs

The web server (nginx) keeps standard access and error logs: your IP address, what was requested, the time and your browser's user agent. They are there for security and for fixing problems, rotate daily and are kept for 14 days.

Notes you send

The Contact page has a form for leaving OGIJUN a note. If you send one, the site stores what you type: your message and, if you fill them in, your name and a way to reach you (an email address, Battle.net tag or Discord name). It also records the page the note was sent from and the time. Your IP address is not stored with the note, though the request still appears in the server logs above.

Notes are private. Only OGIJUN reads them, in a password-protected inbox. They are never published, emailed or shared, and they are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Hall of Fame data

The Hall of Fame shows OGIJUN's own World of Warcraft characters, using public game data from Raider.IO and Blizzard's official API. That data is used only for those character profiles and holds nothing about visitors.

Character data from Blizzard Entertainment's World of Warcraft API and Raider.IO. World of Warcraft® is a registered trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
